Do I have to replace my booking software?
No. Our system is designed to work beside the tools you already use. We connect to your booking platform through integrations wherever the tool allows it, and we confirm exactly what is possible on your strategy call.
How long does setup take?
Most systems are built, tested, and live within a few weeks. The exact timeline depends on the plan you choose and how many locations and integrations are involved. We give you a clear timeline on your strategy call.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
We offer a HIPAA-ready setup on the Custom plan, configured with privacy and compliance in mind. We walk you through what is included and what your responsibilities are before you commit.
Do you run my ads?
We can. Campaign setup is included in the Lead Gen plan, and ongoing Google Ads and Meta Ads management are available as optional monthly services. You stay in control of your ad budget at all times.
What do I pay each month?
You choose a one-time implementation, then an optional monthly managed plan if you want us to keep running your system. We show you the right combination for your spa on your strategy call. There are no hidden fees.
Who builds my system?
A dedicated team builds your whole system for you: CRM, automation, website, and ads. You are not handed software to figure out alone. We build it, test it, and train your team.
What if I have more than one location?
Multi-location setup is included in the Custom plan. Your system is configured to manage every location from one place, with separate calendars, pipelines, and reporting as needed.
Can you handle my SMS marketing?
Yes. We handle US SMS registration (A2P 10DLC) so your texts deliver, and we build the follow-up sequences. Phone, SMS, email, and AI usage are billed separately based on your volume.
Do I need a new website?
Only if you want one. A full website build is included in the Lead Gen and Custom plans. If you already have a site you love, we can build landing pages and funnels that work with it.
What happens after I go live?
We train your team, hand over the system, and offer managed plans if you would like us to keep running it. You can also add ongoing ads management, SEO, or support at any time.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Implementation is a one-time setup. Monthly managed services are month-to-month. We earn your business with results, not with lock-in.
